Probably one of my favorite pieces that I have done in college. Inspired by the fact we had to research an artist and take inspiration from their work. This particular piece was inspired by my love for nerdiness and computers. Inspired by Jasper Johns and all of his flag pieces, as well as the fact he used numbers, bright colors, and spelled out the names of colors in his artwork. I really want to redo this image once I understand more about vectors. I would like it to be more crisp. I still love the idea behind this. Charcoal and chalk pastel.
